The Plane Train
To connect between the terminals and concourses use the Plane Train – the most heavily traveled airport APM (Automated People Mover) in the world. All concourses at the airport are connected with the underground Plane Train that has eleven, four-car trains running on a three-mile loop track. The Plane Train has eight stations – at Concourses A, B, C, D, E, T and F and one at domestic baggage claim. Trains have video displays that provide information about stations in eight different languages (English, German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Arabic, Korean and Chinese). The trains carry more than 200,000 passengers per day and depart approximately every two minutes.
